Power Chord Editor is a simple software application for use with the Power Chord Editor. Words and characters are spoken aloud as they are entered in either contracted or uncontracted literary Braille.
Power Chord Braille Keyboard is an economical device that permits users to enter Braille characters by pressing key combinations that correspond to the Braille character they want to produce. The keyboard plugs into the USB port of a PC; there are no power chords or drivers needed. There are nine keys: 6 that represent the 6 dots of the Braille cell, plus space, backspace and enter.
Requires: PC with windows 98 or higher, or Macintosh with OS X or higher.
Note: The keyboard is perfect for use in conjunction with writing exercise in the SAL2 Braille Literacy Courseware. It can also be used with standard word processing programs.
